We’ll start by reviewing your website, domain, current hosting setup, and any special features that need additional attention. If your website is already hosted elsewhere, we’ll also evaluate what is required to move it safely to Blue Ox.
Once the setup is confirmed, we’ll connect your website to our hosting, security, backup, and uptime monitoring systems. We’ll also document your support level and the maintenance services included with your package.
From there, our team will handle the routine technical work included in your plan. Depending on your package, that may include contact form testing, quality assurance reviews, broken link checks, sitemap submissions, and minor website updates using your monthly support time.
